Sometime you will uninstall a program or at least attempt to but it will not uninstall.  

If you need to remove a program off a computer and it will not unindtall via the add / remove programs then you can use the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility.

Use the following link to go to the Microsoft website and download the utility.  Install it and then you will be able to remove the program using its interface.
